Andrea Hesterberg

As a certified mediator, I’ve been supporting international and multicultural teams through challenging situations since 2021. My mediation and coaching sessions are future-focused and results-oriented and are structured to help you find lasting, practical solutions. 

Together, we’ll create a path that fits your unique team circumstances.
